NIGERIANS DEPORTED FROM LIBYA

Three hundred and fourteen illegal Nigerian immigrants deported from Libya will arrive the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos, on Wednesday, 14th May, 2008.

According to a letter from the Nigerian Mission in Tripoli, Libya, the Director-General of Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, requesting for flight clearance and landing permit, the embassy has already screened and issued the Deportees with emergency travel certificates to facilitate their repatriation.

The deportees who would be conveyed home on Afriqiyah Airways in two batches are due to arrive at 3:00a.m and 1:00p.m same day.
